Lets talk about Chinese food!I have learned that the best Chinese Restaurants are the ones where you see Chinese families having dinner.One of my favorite dishes is a steamed ribs in black bean sauce called jun se pie qua, That is not the correct spelling but it is phonetically correct.

I agree! Same thing with Mexican food, or any "ethnic" food.........follow the families! I live in Phoenix, where there is a Mexican food joint on every corner. I find the fancier, more "fusion" type of places, the worst the food! Little hole in the wall places, or mom and pop places tend to be traditional (traditional for me is Sonoran Mexican food). Bon apetite!!
