At what age did you feel you were finally grown up?

I love my youthful joy in life. I was born with lifelong optimism and ebullience.

How do you define "grown up?" Maturity, kindness, resilience, responsibility, becoming a parent or a homeowner? Able to take care of yourself?

I consider a man in his 60s who never learned to cook a "man-child." Cooking is a basic life skill. These guys are looking for a "mommy" to take care of them- doing all of the cooking, cleaning and grocery shopping- and great sex. No thanks.

No thanks to great sex ? ??

"No, thanks" to helpless man-children who expects me to do all of the work. There's the door!
