I use the local terminology as you will blend and no explanation is needed. Also, because that's all it is: terminology.

My son and I both being Agnostics always wondered why folks never blessed us when we sneezed- like can they somehow TELL that we are Agnostics?
No lol. Its because we both sneeze out of our mouths and it sounds like a cough more than a sneeze loll
I seriously had to ask someone after three of us sneezed in a group and two of them got a "bless you" while nothing was said when ao sneezed. After asking they all said they thought I had coughed...
