I'm a morning person. I go to bed between 8-9 pm, and some mornings I get up around 4 am. Other days I sleep in until 6 or 7 am. I normally don't talk to anyone until 7 am. Or until I've had my caffeine for the day. I have insomnia, but I've found a good medication to knock me out at night now. Some nights it wears off between 2 am and 4 am. Lately I have slept in until 7 am. I'm off work for a few more days. I've just been filling in for 3 days.
