LINK Justice Anthony Kennedy Retires As Last Unanimous Supreme Court Pick

This will lead to a far right leaning majority in the U.S. Supreme Court. It also means an erosion of personal freedoms as there are likely to be a great many of Draconian decisions that favor big business, American oligarchs and the rich, whiel regular people just get royally screwed over.
