"Food" for thought.

Colorado's courts just made the Supreme Court's Wedding Cake case look like an obvious foregone conclusion; so what's wrong with the Supreme Court that is seems to be struggling with this religious expression question.

A business is in business to make money, not judgements. If someone wants to inject their personal beliefs, they can start a non profit.

Freedom of religious expression vs. Constitutional right not to be discriminated against because of who you are. Here's how simple that question is for the world of public commerce:
Every business person absolutely has the right to decide what their products or services will or won't be. That is personal expression. No one gets to exclude any customers by virtue of those customers' demographic. That is illegal discrimination.

Hey, bakers! No one is asking you to bake a penis-shaped cake with an inscription saying "Before Gawd Almighty, I bless the union of these sodomites and declare to the world that I have wet-dream fantasies about them!" How absurd. It's JUST A CAKE!
