Congratulations Vermont, where i spent many lovely summers in St. Albans.
We've had medical cannabis available in Canada since last year, and this October recreational pot will also become legal. Finally, common sense in government instead of the hypocrisy which sells booze and alcohol-enhanced fruit juices in grocery stores, but has demonized pot.
Like Reefer Madness, which they showed us in High School in the 50s. LLOL
