Now there's "serving your constituents while black!" Seriously! A black state representative was out canvassing her constituents when someone decided she was spending too much time on her cell phone, i . E. exhibiting suspicious behavior and obviously not belong here, so she called the cops. (And this person didn't LIVE in the neighborhood-was a passing motorist!) But the rep says the police office responded professionally and appropriately and even took a selfie with him. What class! #livingwhileblack
