The EPA should just formally change its name to the IPA (Industry Protection Agency). I do not see any change in policy or direction coming under Wheeler. He might not be quite as personally reprehensible as Pruitt. That remains to be seen. They are both Industry guys.

When he said "make America Great Again" he meant for the top 1%, like in the "Gilded Age". (1890's-1929).
