It's the beginning of the end for Deceitful Donny. It's becoming painfully obvious he is unfit for the job in every way but what makes him most unfit is his total lack of integrity and character. After that it's the fact that he knows little, seems to think he knows everything and as such is unwilling to learn. Aside from that there is the fact that he simply takes no interest to heart unless there is something in it for him.

He won't be in office long enough to exert his slimy influence on AF-1 or anything else.
