Perhaps you should learn what Satanism is as this is about as far from it as you can get and the whole Satanic cult thing is a myth based in psuedoscience that was pushed by evangelicals create a moral panic. It would almost be funny in it's absurdity if people didn't have their lives ruined over it.

There are real Satanists, I am one, it's an atheistic religion and has nothing do with evil unless you consider what evangelicals and catholics consider sin be evil.

There is no god, and I strongly believe there is no soul or afterlife either, but that doesn't mean I don't have beliefs and values.

Religion is about shared values and beliefs, it doesn't have to be a belief in some superstition. Luecian Greaves has argued that this is where atheists often go wrong is by rejecting not just the fiction of god but also religion - which means giving up religous rights and protections - so that only those who hold supernatural beliefs get special rights and those of us that believe in science and rationality don't. Saying there is no such thing as an atheistic religion (despite the fact there are many) is to say that our beliefs and values are held less deeply and less sincerely than those that are supersticious. I reject that.

The Satanic temple has shared valued, and the 7 tenents, as well as it is a recognized religion and has fought various legal recognition cases in the courts. To be a Satanist is to be part of the community of Satanists who hold these deep shared beliefs.
