I have been a member for less than a month and it seems (subjectively) like most public posts are made by the same regular users, without any obvious growth in the active community.

I don't know exactly, it doesn't seem to say anywhere in the 'about' section and they don't date stamp activities...
I don't think it is dying at all it has become a vibrant community.
