I just got the original trilogy graphic novel (a fairly new release), does that count?

It's likely to have more detail so I'll say yeah. But the Darth Bane trilogy is awesome and there are a lot of interesting stories that happen before the films such as Darth Plageuis teaching Palatine/Sidius
Good to know! Yesterday I was at Barnes & Noble, and they had a large display wall that was everything Star Wars — books, games, and other fun stuff... On the other side of the wall it was exactly the same, but all Harry Potter. Made my geeky heart happy.
