That is exactly what trump is proposing in his immigration policies for the US. Thank goodness suburbs in Virginia have the integrated demographics that win Dems elections. I believe that light at the end of the dark tunnel is November's midterm elections. A blue wave will lead to impeachment proceedings unless Mueller acts first.
