At this point, the focus needs to be on finding ways to clean up after these idiots. You can't teach corporate and private interest groups to clean up after themselves any more than you can teach a dog to shit in a toilet. The best you can do is invent the correct pooper scooper for the job and get to work.

Yeah when you hear about that you think of these huge islands of garbage but I was watching a show on it the other day and it's actually quite ground up and below the surface in order to even see it they had to use these fine Nets and sein it out of the water
