Really, no invitations go to Trump and Palin to McCain's funeral, but Bush gets a free pass as if he was the epitome of class? Let's not forget it was Bush who played to the evangelical base and campaigned to get a Constitutional Amendment to deny equal rights to gays. It was Bush, after having had the luxury of a cush gig stateside during Vietnam, who had the audacity to question McCain's fitness for the Presidency due to him having been a POW. But Bush has been invited to give a eulogy. I guess that's still a win for McCain. Yeah, George w. wasn't the greatest, but he would be a better option than trump. As far as I'm concerned, they all suck.
