QUESTION Welcome to 5:2 intermittent fasting » The Fast Diet

Just sharing the Michael Mosley's 5:2 Fasting Diet. I've seen this before but forgot about it. I've heard that fasting now and then can be good for you but it was never really qualified.

I'm going to try it, I'll let you know how I go in a couple of weeks 🙂

It's easy for me I'm a vegan, I'm doing a great salad in the evening. Fruits at night.
I'm transitioning into a raw food lifestyle.
I was worried at first, but it's going great. 🙂

and are you checking you have all the iron and calcium you need?

My Dr checks my levels with everything, as she does every 3 months. I take my organic supplements, herbals, and she is aware of everything that I do, she might not always agree but she's aware. My Dr is a vegan as well.
I tell her everything that I do, so that I can have the best care.
