I am positively nuts for the stuff! It's sad to not be able to eat it like I want to (cholesterol, diabetic risk, etc).

I have got the BEST recipe for homemade mac and cheese. I do a hotdish of it and its rich but so dam good. Nothing compares to the real stuff.

Not my favorite at the best of times. My kids like to add sriracha to theirs which guarantees I will stay even further away.

Do you make your noodles and then add Velvetta cheese and milk? That’s how I like it. Comes out really creamy.
