I am perhaps asking the wrong people but what was this god doing while waiting for the universe to cool down 13.5 billion years? I realise time is only relative .

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.In the Mormon church they explained it as god existign in a place where time is different, liek in a differetn dimension. Not sure if that was official doctrine or just common dogma though.

If the church did not have an answer to every question they would not be there. They could have just said time is relevant.You know how a watched kettle never boils, well god had billions of stars etc to make so time went so fast.Wow I have answered my own question.
Last I heard the Earth is only around 4.5 billion years old. Not 13.5. What does that have to do with evolution?

yes you are correct 3.5 to 4.1 but the universe so they think is 13.5.It was just a question whats a billion here or there its still a long wait. Thank god(who) we didn't start the calendar then. 22/9/3,500,002,018 .thats why God was thought up to save paper and ink etc in fact those past scholars were echo freindly.
He was creating a hell for the unbelievers. Just kidding.
