Like in all other conflicts, Western so called experts on Africa get it wrong, so they prescribe wrong solutions.In the end, their prescription fails and they don't ask why--they simply continue with their ego even when the problem continues..they are unwilling to pause and ask why because a pre-longed war in any given part of the World actually comes with prestige to them.
