Don't pursue a career because of the income potential. Find something you love to do and hopefully the money will come your way. Otherwise you'll have regrets. Don't be afraid to fail. It's better to try and fail than not try at all.

College isn’t everything! Don’t go to school for something you don’t like (pre-vet in my case) because you’ll spend the next 20 years working retail to avoid doing it. Also, you will NEVER pay off those student loans.

Dont throw good money after bad and that counts for relationships too.
