A four year old cousin was molested in the same bed that I was feigning sleep in. I was six and terrified. I told my mom in the morning. She believed me and followed up, but that resulted in our being ostracized from family, including the mom of the four year old.
Now, the victim says that was the start of YEARS of sexual abuse for her.
