I still don't understand why the flying public hasn't held ALL the airlines accountable?
Airlines provide a service. If the flying public boycotted for even just one or two days, a lot would get done. They think they can get away with whatever they want.
Delta should have had a hazmat team on that plane and taken it out of service, no question. There is no excuse for them not doing it. There is even less excuse for the treatment of that passenger.
