Please tell me we’re not going to have a military parade down Pennsylvania Ave. Will the soldiers have to walk like the North Koreans too?

He might be commander-in-chief in war times, but I don't think he can do something like this in peace time. Joint chiefs can put a stop to it.

He is the Commander in Chief. He outranks anyone in the military. Can’t henorder them to do it! This is so embarrassing.
