taken with or without permission (you didn't say no one knows it was taken, only that no one knows it went to me). if no one knows it was taken (and how could they not know?) then no, of course not, for reasons too obvious to state. if they gave the money willingly but didn't know it was going to me, as long as they were not lied to about where it was going, then sure, why not?
