Trump's buddies Manafort and Gates perp-walked into FBI headquarters this morning.

Here is a long list of the indictment [documentcloud.org]

Thoughts? Any Trump supporters here?

I’m holding my breath but I’m afraid if I exhale something will go wrong and instead of this being the beginning of a dream come true the nightmare will continue.

Well, naturally they both pleaded not guilty. So it's going to be an extensive trial unless they make deals.

I think they'll just lie as long as they can.

I think it is just the beginning. In the end I think Team Trump will break the record for most indictments of any administration currently held byt he Reagan Administration, mostly due to Iran/Contra where they sold weapons to terrorists in order to fund an illegal military action South.Central America.

I think the corruption in Team Trump is far more wide spread and isn't jus tlimited to Russian collusion, and more corruption and law breaking will come out. Unlike Reagan, Trump is not a "Teflon President", and by 2018, with everything that will come out, if republicans don't take actions to impeach him, they will suffer greatly in the election.

It is pretty sad that to many people having everything come out and to go through an impechment is considered to be an optimistic view of our future.

I admit that I never liked Trump. I thought when he was elected that he would endeavor to use the office to enrich himself, his family and his friends. i sincerely hoped he prove me totally wrong. Unfortunately, instead he has nto only proved me to be correct, but he has exceeded all my worst expectations of him. At this point after his having been in office for just 9 months, it will take at least 25 years for the U.S. to recover our international reputation and trust, which is has pretty much mostly destroyed.

I'm dancing on air for now, but also worried about Pence. However, I won't be satisfied unless the orange creeper goes to prison. Some people are saying that a resignation is more likely now.

He's a big baby narcissist, I can see him quitting just so he doesn't look bad.
He could try to fire Mueller, but that could start a whole new push to look into what he's doing. He can't just keep firing every investigator before someone puts an end to it.

Talk about disrespecting our flag and troops. Eh? Has the WH issued any statements calling them son's of bitches? Something similar? I'm being facetious because I know they've only been called "bad guys."
The reason "conspiracy against the U.S." isn't called treason is because of their civilian status. Our Oligarch, should it be discovered that he was knowledgeable of their conspiring against our nation, would be a traitor because his designation as Commander-In-Chief makes him a military figure. Highest in the chain. So he is a soldier during wartime and that would be treason. Kind of amazing, to me, that we have no protocol in place to freeze his power (which is far greater than our Founders would have been comfortable with) at this point. Until we know how much he was involved we can't know if he's undermining our nation intentionally. As it stands, he can launch a nuclear strike against any nation or even just attacks against foreign ships (which would be cause for declarations of war).
Divided States of a'Merika (DSa) should be in a high alert but we aren't. Odd.
