So I'm confused. Does this mean I can lynch anyone I want as long as my motivation isn't based on their religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, or disability?
I think that aspect of the bill is already problematic. To then seek to try and remove any group from the bill is pretty flagrant prejudice.

I think one just gets in more trouble if it is a minority that they lynch. The headline just seemed incredibly awful so I had to share it.
