I want to send this to all Republicans particularly those who incorrectly complain about college quotas that were banned in 1978. They claim college admissions are "unfair to white men" and admit "unqualified minorities."

Thanks for sharing this. It does speak to the experience of so many of us that it’s not even hyperbole to say we all get it. I appreciate my white friends who ask about these experiences and try to understand.
