A lot end on suicide and drug OD's. Is a business that eat their children. That don't count europe... it is just USA.
@GipsyOfNewSpain Hard to think of such an existence. Many are tricked into, or forced into that business. A lot of drugs and alcohol consumed to cope, I imagine. 
@Indubitably Is not that glamour it portraits. On my first real job I used to work with a guy in the photography department that in NY worked behind the cameras, that was early 70's many runaway girls. A lot of misery and predators. It is Sad.
