It's only 1224 miles from my house. Soooo, no I don't think that is a good investment for me.

@Squirrel I know, it is the stuff of wet dreams. But that drive would be a killer.
Knowing Maple Glen, I have a feeling some of the residents there are not happy to see this place go up for sale with that advertisement. Those same residents may be happy to lose those neighbors living there though.
