I think we all know the government has been in that business for decades now, usually without the support of the people - but when has support of the people mattered to the US government anyway?

needs the distraction.
Reminds me of Reagan's foray into Grenada, under the guise of "rescuing" medical students. He needed the distraction.

I had a SEAL friend from the Navy in Grenada. It was a take over supported by the rich on the island. A power grab to again suppress the poor.
And it is just these stories that one should not under estimate the stupidity and wag the dog, we need a rally war, from Trump.
