Ah, hell. Just let the idgit build the fucking thing already. Worthless as it will be for national security, it will serve as a physical monument and a long standing reminder to future generations of just what it looks like when the people become lax in their obligations towards participating in the political process.

The man has fended off more lawsuits than I am sure most criminals. He loves being sued and now the taxpayers will pay for his attorneys.
