I got Netflix last month and binged on, "Orange is the New Black". Now I'm reading the book I bought used off Amazon.
I canceled my Netflix. I hardly watch TV. Now I just watch YouTube.
I have only broadcast T.V. (antenna). I can attest that no broadcast series is worth a shit. However, I have found that I have access, via through-the-mail Netflix, some really made-for-cable series. One of the best, "Justified". Also the series, "Fargo", "Deadwood" and, "The Americans". I have an adult son who is fond of "The Walking Dead" but found that soon after the premiere, it quickly turned into nothing more than a soap opera when they ran out of ideas and the central theme ran its course.
British historical series, "Downton Abby", the "Crown", "Victoria", "Larkrise to Candleford".
