After Shrubya's Iraq invasion, the pump meters on the wells were destroyed. There were articles about how it was taking forever to replace. Some journalists wrote of empty tankers coming into port that were not on the port registries, that nonetheless left with full loads.
We loot at the end of a gun barrel. We're hoping to do the same with Venezuela. Nothing has changed.

Yes, it does. The impoverished people of Afghanistan could surely use the funds that the sale of some of their nations valuable resources might generate, no? Given an opportunity for a fair deal, they might even choose to sell some mineral and mining rights.
