I had this dream and looked it up on several sources. Basically, it means "change". Or gingivitis.

"Stranded.....at the drive in. Branded a fool. What will they say Monday at school?"

Dreams are often your subconcious sorting information, and pointing out things you may have missed consciously.

You need more sex, of course.

Loosing teeth somehow means you're getting paid. No I will not substantiate this. It's merely folklore.

Do you know someone that had their teeth fall out, or saw someone who lost their teeth. This may me a fear of that happening to you.
