Do you like to grill, or barbeque? I personally like both. I have a dry rub I use on streaks, and grill them on a apple wood fire. 3 minutes on each side, and I have a perfect rare steak with a beautiful brown crust. I love my mango salsa baby back ribs barbequed on my Treger with mesquit pellets, and some sweet potatoe wedges.
