Bush said was "voodoo economics", which was a much better description. Then he changed hsi tune an defected to the dark side.

Call me cynical - neither side has figured out how to effectively use it so they have no interest in fixing it. But they are very interested in using it I am sure so they are working on it, just not in a way that is good for American voters.
