Scott needs to stay away from healthcare. I worked for HCA for a short while. Because he defrauded Medicare and Medicaid we had to endure extra ethics training. He’s a crooked POS.

Maybe he's looking out for his own interests?
Scott should be in prison for medicare fraud. In no sane country would he be making public policy.
