The Dems are getting ready to steal the primaries again. They have "reformed" their process by taking the Super Delegates out of the first vote, but not all the way out of the process. They can vote on the second ballot. The best way to keep control of the Democratic candidate is to have a lot of them split the vote on the first ballot then the Super Delegates come in on the second and choose the nominee. Mayor Pete is one of those candidates.
