Thanks for all assistance in bring this to the proper peoples' attention!
This will hopefully be a place people in the area could post things like,
"We're going skating in Rockefeller Center this Saturday afternoon. Anyone care to join?"
"We're hosting pizza party to watch the hockey game next Friday."
