I find it ironic that the religious right in America supports Donald Trump. What New Testament virtue, attributed to the character Jesus, does Trump exemplify or support in his policies?

It's serious because I have not figured out why the religious right would align itself with Trump, except for guns (2nd Amendment) and anti-abortion. I don't recall where being armed with weaponry is a New Testament virtue. Nor do I remember abortion being killing per the Bible.
