@gater @SeaGreenEyez It is not uncommon for the IRS, like the Inland revenue in this country, to strike deals with large corporations and billionaires who get in to arrears for partial or favourable repayment deals in order to prevent business' from going in to administration and causing mass redundancies, such deals are often kept confidential for the credibility of both parties involved.
I am not saying this is the case but given Captain Comb-over's past history of financial irregularities it is a possibility worth considering.
