The month old Heartbeat Law doesn't go far enough in Ohio. They're already targeting a total abortion ban, including demanding etopic pregnancies be "relocated" to the uterus, a procedure that not only does not exist, is impossible to perform.

[journal-news.com] "Earlier this year, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said he is halting executions until the state devises a new lethal injection protocol that overcomes any court challenges."
Not halting them for any humanitarian reasons, but so the courts won't stop them from executing people.
