Un fucking believable.
An 11 year serving police officer really thought an already tasered obviously unarmed woman (the video shows her wearing sandals and a summer dress only, so if she was armed it was literally up her arse), on the ground, yards away from him posed such a threat he felt it necessary to shoot her FIVE times to protect his own life, on camera and in front of witnesses.
The official response was of course to place the officer on paid leave while investigations are carried out to assess the situation and see if it fall within acceptable guidelines????
