LINK Abortion rates go down when countries make it legal: report
The idel in my mind is to make abortions safe, legal and rare. Rare as in people shoudl be educated enough to make better decisions, so they dont' find themselves with unwanted pregnancies.

Abortions have gone down considerably since 2000...especially among races other than white...this is due to education, availability of birth control, and improved economic conditions...and now, we are going backwards...
Just so you know...being highly educated does not preclude a woman from getting pregnant...some methods do not work no matter what...and no one decides to be raped...
