From 2017 but very relevant with what is going on in this country with abortion laws...

She was 12 years old when she was raped in an abandoned house in Detroit... When she applied for assistance for her and her now 8 year old son she was told unless she identified the father get request would be denied.

After identifying her rapist the guy (who served less than 7 months for the rape and went on to commit another rape) was granted joint custody!

The custody order was later recorded but why put the victim and get son through more trauma?!

This is going to happen more often now!
