that has got to hurt and how much of a dick head (sorry for the pun) was he to do this? Yeah 13 times convicted felon - should have let him bleed out - at least he will not breed any more.

I don't know this man, or what got him to this point in his life, so I find the story sad.
Had this happened to certain members of the current US administration, my reaction would be different.
