First who is on the panel, if it's anything like the swamp creatures trump and his handlers have put in various positions thru out I would be extremely concerned as to their ideas of human rights based on 'natural law and natural rights'. This smells like something miller would cook up.

What the hell are natural law and natural rights? Simply say "treating all persons with full dignity and respect."
