I'm glad that I read this slideshow. It is VERY provocative, controversial and far from funny! If you are in your 70s then this is what you were subjected to in magazines and later, television. To those 30 yrs old and younger, this is what your parents and grandparents were taught to think. God, country, patriotism and all that bullshit. This is absolutely appalling!
