This cannot apply to truck drivers and machine operators
...federal laws cannot be undone to put others at safety risks...OSHA and Interstate Commerce apply

US MILITARY applicants are all drug tested...no stoners get to use weapons at the rifle range and pistol gallery

I don't believe marijuana is as harmful as either tobacco or alcohol so this is good. It should be taken off the federal registry as a harmful drug then other states would have little standing for these stupid testings.

I always felt that assumption of guilt was a violation of the constitution. Plus warrantless search and seizure.
